Made-to-Order Process
At Lea Rosch Studio, every piece is created on demand. All garments and journals are designed and handmade using carefully sourced, often upcycled materials.
Because of this, each item is produced individually after an order is placed. This process takes additional time compared to mass-produced goods and may result in slight variations in appearance — this is part of the unique character of each piece.
Production time:
Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be made before shipment. Production times may vary depending on material availability and order volume.
Shipping
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped from our studio in Sweden.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs processing.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Carriers:
Orders are shipped using postal or courier services such as PostNord or equivalent providers.
Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties:
For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed shipments:
Lea Rosch Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you have the right to make a complaint under Swedish consumer law.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@learoschstudio.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution such as:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Delivery costs will included if a refund is desired within 14 days after deliviey.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned within the timeframe provided
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.
