These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Lea Rosch Studio. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products
All items are designed and handmade by Lea Rosch Studio. Products are made-to-order using carefully sourced and often upcycled materials.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, each piece is unique. Variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are considered part of the design.
Pricing
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) unless otherwise stated.
If the business is not registered for VAT, prices are not subject to VAT (momsbefriad verksamhet). If VAT becomes applicable, this will be clearly stated at checkout.
Lea Rosch Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Orders & Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed.
You will receive an order confirmation via email after your purchase.
Lea Rosch Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order.
Production Time
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, workload, and other circumstances.
Shipping
Shipping times and conditions are outlined in the Shipping Policy. Lea Rosch Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Lea Rosch Studio is not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping providers or customs
- Indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products
- Minor variations in handmade or upcycled items
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Swedish law.
Changes to Terms
Lea Rosch Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
