Welcome to a world where nothing is wasted and everything is enchanted.
At Lea Rosch Studio (LRS), we breathe new life into preloved and upcycled textiles, transforming them into one-of-a-kind handmade wearable art. Inspired by historical romance and reimagined with modern elegance, we craft romantic corsets, flowing dresses, bags, and accessories that tell their own stories.
Each pattern is drawn by hand and every piece is thoughtfully sewn with care, patience, and a touch of magic — never mass-produced. Rooted deeply in slow fashion values, we honor the rich histories already woven into every fabric and give them a beautiful new chapter as “Revived Treasures.”
Our garments are made for dreamers, romantics, and storytellers — for those who wish to dress with intention, wonder, and conscious beauty.
Every thread has a past. Every piece is a future fairytale.
Our Brand
Hi, I am Lea Rosch. I make wearable art and want to bring back the care for the treasures our clothes are, while lowering the impact the fashion industry has. I love creating new designs and work only with preloved fabrics.
This is what Lea Rosch Studio stands for: breathing new life into forgotten pieces, transforming the old into something meaningful, refined, and timeless. Every piece continues to carry a story, reimagined with care and intention.
HOW LRS WORKS?
Lea Rosch Studio (LRS) follows a Circular System, giving the textiles the opportunity to live a long and high value life along with a ethical production. The System is in devived in five sections: Selecting, washing, upcycling, products and circularity.
1: Selecting
The Materials are carefully selected from the second hand market and other second hand sources. Material that is chosen is often pre-owed curtains, jeans, shirts or tablescloths.
Read more about how we select our material or contact us if you want to donate material and save them from beeing thrown away.
2: Cleaning
Each textile is carefully quality-checked and thoroughly cleaned, primarily using a washing machine, to ensure it meets the studio’s standards before production.

3: Upcycling
LRS transforms discarded materials into new pieces through a fully hands-on upcycling process—each item is carefully selected, deconstructed, and reworked using original patterns or intuitive, patternless design. This approach minimizes waste while allowing each piece to evolve organically, resulting in small-batch or one-of-a-kind creations where no two items are exactly alike.
Read more about our sizes and how they work, contact us if your want to order a special size, some designs can be changed.
4: Products
We offer designs on demand and custom-made orders, turning each request into a revived treasure with its own story. Sustainability is at the core of everything we do, from reworking materials to giving garments a second life. Even the smallest scraps are transformed into new, thoughtful items—nothing goes to waste.

LRS works exclusively with preloved textiles, placing sustainability at the heart of every creation. 5: Circularity
At the end of a product’s life cycle, all items can be returned to Lea Rosch Studio for repair or further upcycling.
Because each fabric is carefully selected, there is continued value and demand for the textiles used in every piece. While it may not be possible to upcycle every product in its original form, accessories and smaller items can often be created from existing pieces that are no longer in use or that cannot be repaired.
